About the role
Independent contractor performing residential mortgage inspections in Union County, Ohio, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct brief exterior occupancy verifications to confirm property status and conditions.
- Capture 9+ photos and submit reports via industry-standard mobile applications.
- Manage own routing, schedule, and territory autonomously.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely completion of inspections.
- Perform quick, standardized exterior inspections and navigate efficiently within dense metro areas.
- Maintain consistent workflow.
Requirements
- Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
Pay
Compensation is flat-rate per inspection, with earning potential of approximately $25–$35 per hour depending on volume and location.
