Full-Stack Developer (AI-Augmented)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications utilizing various technologies across the stack
• Integrate AI algorithms and models to enhance user engagement and performance metrics
• Collaborate with data scientists and designers to conceptualize features that meet user needs
• Maintain and improve existing software applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure software reliability and performance
• Document processes, specifications, and code to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask)
• Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information effectively
