Full Stack Developer - AI-Assisted Development

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer – AI-Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.

Must Have Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, and optimization
• Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security
• Strong technical foundation to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, Java EE, RESTful Microservices, Jersey, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Angular / TypeScript / Node.js, HTML/CSS, Deep understanding of JVM and performance profiling

Nice to Have Technical Skills

• Advanced usage of GitHub Copilot or other AI-based development tools and prompt engineering expertise
• Cross-platform CI/CD processes and DevOps methodologies
• Experience with Unix / Shell scripting, Docker, Memcache / Redis, SAML
