Role: OB Director responsible for leading obstetric and Labor & Delivery services in a community-focused hospital. Key Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations, ensuring quality, patient safety, and staff performance for mothers and newborns.Partner with physicians and hospital leaders to align services with best practices, regulatory standards, and organizational goals.Manage staffing, budgeting, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture and support work-life balance for the care team.
