Full-time OBGYN Nurse Practitioner | Lovelace Women's Hospital | Albuquerque, NM

About the Role

Join a collaborative team of 6 OB/GYNs, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APP), 1 Medical Assistant (MA), 3 Registered Nurses (RN), and 20 Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNM) in an outpatient setting. Expected patient volume is 24-28 per day, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position includes no call requirements, 4 hours of administrative time per week, and access to two onsite procedure rooms and a lab.

Smart technology is integrated into the practice, including Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology, to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding. This leads to better work-life balance and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Provide women’s health services, including well-woman examinations
• Conduct contraceptive counseling and management
• Perform preventative screenings
• Evaluate and treat common gynecologic conditions
• Deliver prenatal and post-partum care

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• New or experienced providers welcome
• Experience with women’s health services preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
