About the role
We are seeking a dedicated RN or LPN Unit Manager to oversee daily operations in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities
- Managing staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient unit operations
- Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Supervising and coordinating activities of nursing staff

Requirements
- Current RN or LPN licensure in Tennessee
- Experience in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting
