Full-time Nurse Practitioner - Johnson City, TN

About the role

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings. Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment. Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards. Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services. Perform injections.

Schedule & Locations

• Primary center: Johnson City, TN
• Target weekly hours: 32
• Full-time, 4 days per week

Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
• DEA licensure in the state of the center
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
