Full-Time Nurse Educator

About the Role

Responsible for collaborating with leadership and staff to assess nursing education needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing and clinical training programs. Ensures achievement of learning goals using appropriate methods and tools. Consults on the design and evaluation of Professional Development programs to support core nursing competencies and high-level practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education and competency programs.
• Manage performance and competency standards for inter-professional training.
• Assess organizational training needs and tailor educational plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse with prior licensure and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
• Strong collaboration, assessment, and program evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of nursing education standards and competency management.
