Location: Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Grants Pass, OR

Pay

• Starting pay: $53.00/HR - $62.50/HR (based on licensed experience)
• $8,500 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires

Schedule

• Full-time NOC Shift (12-hour shifts)

About the role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for residents
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality care delivery
• Maintain understanding of state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices

Requirements

• Current RN license in Oregon
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement resident care
• Leadership skills and commitment to high-quality care
