About the role

We welcome both newly licensed and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate and supportive team.

Pay

$37.97/HR - $53.58/HR (based on licensed experience). Full-time new hires are eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Full-time NOC (12-hour overnight shifts).

Responsibilities

  • Assess resident needs
  • Develop individual care plans for patients
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • Follow state and Federal rules and regulations governing facility practices

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Oregon
