Full-time NOC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Medford, OR

Pay

$37.97 – $53.58 per hour (based on licensed experience + shift differential)

$7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires.

Schedule

Full-time night shifts (12-hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in delivering nursing care.
• Follow state and federal regulations governing facility practices.

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Oregon.
