Your Role As a Night Nurse, you will provide direct care, assist residents, and are responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation. Your responsibilities will include: Administers medications.Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.Accurate and thorough completion of skilled charting, change of condition, monthly charting, evaluations, and all other regulatory documentation as assigned.Assists in admission and discharge procedures.Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident’s condition.
