The Night Auditor at AC Hotels Worcester in Worcester, MA is a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. This role provides exceptional guest services and maintains the accuracy of financial records.

Responsibilities

• Accurately balance daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive nightly audit reports.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and address any inquiries or requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
• Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit transactions.

Requirements

• Highschool or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Yardi experience is helpful but not required.

Physical requirements

This position may occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds.
