About the role

AC Hotels Worcester in Worcester, MA is looking for a full-time Night Auditor to join our team. This role ensures the smooth operation of our hotel during nighttime hours, providing exceptional service to guests and maintaining the accuracy of financial records.

Responsibilities

• Accurately balance daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive nightly audit reports.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and address any inquiries or requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
• Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Yardi experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

This position may occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

11:00 pm to 7:00 am, including weekends and weekdays.
