Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer
About the role
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize Mondelēz product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display photos at assigned stores.
- Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.
- Maintain and update displays according to Mondelēz guidelines to ensure Nabisco brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained.
- Ensure that sales representative's plans with store managers are followed and report any issues to Mondelēz management.
- Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule to provide efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches by demonstrating a positive and upbeat attitude.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Orem, UT.
- Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Pay
$17.50 - $18.50 hourly based on relevant experience.
