About the role
A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. You’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMIB.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Auburn, WA.
- Schedule availability required: Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule may change based on business needs. 6:00-7:00 AM Start Time.
Qualifications
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

- Physical abilities to lift, bend, carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.

Pay
Hourly compensation rate of $21.00.
