Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

As a Full-Time Merchandiser/Order Writer, you’ll be a frontline force for retail excellence, bringing world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as the face of these iconic brands and owner of the biscuit aisle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay safe and compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role—including lifting, bending, and moving product.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role services a military base facility where a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID is required for access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to the store floor and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location (San Angelo, TX). Secondary locations: Brownwood, TX.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday.
• Start time: 5 am.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 based on relevant experience.
