Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store—building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Embrace the physical nature of the role—including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude with self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Salem, OR (secondary locations: Albany – Stayton, OR)

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM start time

Pay

• Hourly compensation rate is $20.00 based on relevant experience
