Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for Nabisco leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.
• Maintain or change out displays to ensure Nabisco leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and report any issues to Mondelēz' management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to maintain the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Physical capability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Lake Worth, FL. Secondary locations: West Palm Beach, FL | Lantana, FL.

Pay

#USHourly Salary and Benefits: Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 based on relevant experience.
