About the role

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. You’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
  • Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMIB.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
  • Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
  • Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
  • Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
  • Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Port Angeles, WA.
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed. At least one weekend day will be required. Schedule may change based on business needs. 5:00-6:00 AM Start time #ushourly

Qualifications

  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move product.
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate of $21.00
