Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer
About the role
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize Mondelēz product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.
- Maintain and represent Nabisco leading brands through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
- Ensure that sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and report any issues to Mondelēz' management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to maintain efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- The ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- The capability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Lives within a 25-35 mile radius of the primary location: Delray Beach, FL. Secondary locations: Boca Raton, FL | Boynton Beach, FL.
