Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. You'll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• A High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Gainesville, FL
• Secondary locations: Alachua, FL | Newberry, FL
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday - Saturday

Qualifications

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
