Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display images at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.
• Maintain and represent Nabisco leading brands through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers and report any issues to Mondelēz' management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to maintain efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations and perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capabilities to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is beneficial.
• Live within a 25-35 mile radius of the primary location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Secondary locations: Pompano Beach, FL | Coral Springs, FL.

Pay
