Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer
About the role
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize Mondelēz product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display images at assigned stores.
- Order Mondelēz products (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
- Maintain and represent leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) on store shelves according to Mondelēz guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers and report any issues to Mondelēz management.
- Follow a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Physical capability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Orem, UT.
- Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay
- Hourly compensation rate ranging from $17.50 - $18.50 based on relevant experience.
