Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian to join our team in East Bay, CA and surrounding areas. We offer a unique opportunity to practice veterinary medicine with a focus on compassion, independence, and personal fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families
• Work flexible 2-5 day-per-week schedules
• Enjoy an average of 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day
• Practice medicine that fills your heart and aligns with your values

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice and euthanasia care preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay

4-day positions starting at $117,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $140,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Schedule

Flexible 2-5 day-per-week schedules, with an average of 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day.
