Veterinarian
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian in Springfield, MA and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible 2-5 day-per-week schedules, compassionate hospice and euthanasia care, and a supportive community of veterinarians and support professionals.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families
- Work with families to understand their pet’s needs and preferences
- Ensure all procedures are performed with compassion and respect
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Able to work some weekends

Pay
Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities.
