Full Time Martial Arts Instructor
Job Summary
An Instructor with Premier Martial Arts (PMA) is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible and is always a student themselves. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Instruction of High Energy, Benefit Driven, and “edutaining” classes
- Assist with student tracking, rankings, and reporting to determine graduation windows and overall progress
- Aid in the creation of curriculum that follows PMA guidelines for instruction
- Organize and execute student graduation classes
- Work with the Head Instructor to complete class planning and management
- Aid in the execution of initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorships
- Participate in special events as scheduled

Qualifications
- A can-do attitude as a self-starter with strong attention to detail
- A strong desire to make an impact
- The ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- To be a team player
