Full-time Male Chaplain

About the Role

The Chaplain is responsible for providing comprehensive Christian pastoral ministry to the residents and staff of the correctional facility. The Chaplain also provides other services to inmates, staff, public officials, and the community that will enhance the overall ministry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Christian pastoral care and spiritual guidance to incarcerated individuals and facility staff.
• Facilitate worship services, Bible studies, and religious education programs.
• Provide counseling and support to inmates, staff, and their families.
• Engage with public officials and the broader community to strengthen the ministry’s outreach and impact.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to integrate faith-based initiatives into correctional programs.
