About the role

The Full Time Make Ready Technician at Allmark Property Management, Inc. is responsible for preparing apartment units for new tenants, ensuring they meet high-quality standards for occupancy. Duties include interior painting, repairs, and general maintenance tasks within the apartments, as well as some exterior building and groundskeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment units for new tenants
• Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
• Perform interior painting, minor repairs, and general maintenance
• Handle on-call maintenance duties as part of a rotation schedule
• Ensure compliance with community standards and customer service expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role
• Ability to complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
