About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Residential team at Omega Management Group. This position involves performing general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property
- Affixes and maintains landscape and irrigation systems
- Maintains the interior, exterior, and site of the property in a clean and repaired condition using appropriate materials and equipment
- Continuously expands their knowledge of the property
- Works independently, directs others, and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Supports and promotes positive resident/tenant relations and service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Current liability insurance coverage

- Standard levels of productivity and dependability
- Professional appearance with company-approved attire and identification badge
- Honesty, trustworthiness, enthusiasm, and teamwork
- Customer service orientation and support for good resident/tenant relations
