Full Time Maintenance Crew

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance duties including general groundskeeping, general maintenance repairs, pool testing and cleaning.
• Work as a team participant with the Maintenance Supervisor to meet quality maintenance standards set by ELS.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, keeping them clean and free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Manage the pool, including testing, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours.
• Pool experience preferred.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay
