About the role

Gila Health Resources is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Healthcare Tech for its Bagdad, AZ clinic. The position involves rooming patients, conducting various tests, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting vitals, audiometric, vision, pulmonary function, respirator-use, functional capacity, and fit-for-duty testing
  • Certified drug and alcohol testing
  • Intake tasks including greeting patients, providing and processing paperwork, setting appointments, answering phones, etc.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a reliable member of a high-performing healthcare team
  • Ability to follow detailed protocols and meet deadlines
  • Punctuality

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Experience as a Healthcare Technician is acceptable

  • Electronic health system data entry

Pay
