Job Summary
Mental Health Resource Center is seeking Registered Nurses to provide and oversee quality and compassionate care for patients at our Northside and Southside inpatient psychiatric facilities. The crisis stabilization units serve adults and children, with most patients being admitted involuntarily via the Baker Act, Florida's mental health act. Patients typically stay 3-5 days. The environment is fast-paced and offers both challenges and rewards.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Florida Registered Nurse license
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Experience in medical-surgical and/or psychiatric nursing
- Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate good judgment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact appropriately with various stakeholders
- Compliance with clinical record documentation guidelines

Position Details
- Charge Registered Nurse: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm/ MHRC North/ Children and Adolescent Unit
