The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery‑focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The role delivers safe, effective, and efficient direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care, and involves driving throughout Orange County to provide psychiatric care to members.

Schedule

• Full‑Time
• AM shift
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Pay

Starting wage range: $28.43 – $35.13 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges; the final rate is based on the location from which the role is performed and is commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (hands‑on course) prior to providing direct client care and maintained throughout employment
• Successful completion of post‑offer physical examination, 2‑step PPD test for tuberculosis, criminal background clearance, excluded‑party sanctions check, and verification of degree or license
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance with the employee listed as driver, and motor‑vehicle clearance (if the position requires driving)
• Willingness to use personal vehicle (or company vehicle) to transport clients to appointments, groups, or meetings, with mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate
