Full-Time Luxury Jewelry Sales

About the role

We are seeking a full-time sales associate for our store located at Fashion Show mall. Our ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry or luxury goods sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs and making personalized product recommendations
• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
• Cultivate and maintain customer information using company-supported technology
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces

• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay

Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance

Schedule

The full-time hourly schedule is designed to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times.
