About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and responding to emergency call lights within our skilled nursing center. This role is ideal for patient-centered nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments to residents of our healthcare center.
• Assist with the admission and discharge process.
• Keep physicians and families informed of changes in resident conditions.
• Make rounds with physicians and transcribe orders.
• Ensure continuity of services and care.

Requirements

• Current nursing license with the state of Florida.
• 6 months of nursing experience (preferred).
• Geriatric experience (preferred).
