About the role
Full Time LPN position at Southern Health Partners, providing correctional healthcare at Craven County Jail in North Carolina. Work a day shift from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Full‑time sign‑on and retention bonuses are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
- Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
