Full Time LPC, LMFT, LCSW for Group Practice

Ellie Mental Health Atlanta is seeking a licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to work with children, adolescents, and adults in a full-time, hybrid position starting June/July 2026. Our group practice is located in Sandy Springs, GA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (including treatment plan reviews and case notes) according to company policy.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address gaps in community mental health care.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual session documentation per company guidelines.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings.
• Additional meaningful responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Valid, current Georgia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW). Note: We cannot accept unlicensed candidates due to insurance contracts.
• Experience with treatment plans, clinical case notes, and working with children, teens, and adults.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to model and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Timely completion and submission of documentation and other required forms.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with office technology (computers, email, Electronic Health Record systems).
• Ability to pass a background check.
