Full Time LPC, LMFT, LCSW for Group Practice
Ellie Mental Health Atlanta is seeking a licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to work with children, adolescents, and adults in a full-time, hybrid position starting June/July 2026. Our group practice is located in Sandy Springs, GA.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (including treatment plan reviews and case notes) according to company policy.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address gaps in community mental health care.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual session documentation per company guidelines.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings.
- Additional meaningful responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Valid, current Georgia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW). Note: We cannot accept unlicensed candidates due to insurance contracts.
- Experience with treatment plans, clinical case notes, and working with children, teens, and adults.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to model and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Timely completion and submission of documentation and other required forms.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with office technology (computers, email, Electronic Health Record systems).
- Ability to pass a background check.
