What We Are Looking For Aspire365 is actively seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) - Full Time based in or licensed in Oregon to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Full Time position. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Direct clinical service delivery to an assigned caseload, including individual therapy sessions and the potential to lead or co-lead clinical groups based on program need and clinician specialty.Potential to lead or co-facilitate group therapy sessionsConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical formulationDevelop and regularly update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plansDeliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI) tailored to client needs Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as clinically indicatedDevelopment and maintenance of Integrated Service PlanLeads the treatment team in coordinating whole-person care and clinical decision-making across disciplines.Attend treatment team meetings, setting agenda and guiding clinical case discussionLead case presentations and synthesize multidisciplinary input into a unified treatment approachInitiate treatment plan updates, delivery of care, and discharge planningProactively coordinates care across psychiatry, nursing, case management, and support services to ensure continuity and quality of the client's overall treatment experience.Maintains timely, accurate, and HIPAA compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory standards.Prepare documentation needed for utilization review, audits, and insurance authorization Qualifications LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar (Required) Independent Licensure is requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services LCSW candidates must have completed the Clinical Level ASWB examLPC/CMHC candidates must have completed both the NCE and NCMHCE exams Requirements Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.
