Full Time Litigation Attorney - New York, NY
About the role
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a mid-size insurance-defense firm, is seeking an attorney with two to three years of civil litigation experience, specifically handling the defense of No-Fault matters, to join our New York City office.
An ideal candidate will be experienced with New York no-fault law and insurance laws, have experience in civil court, handling arbitrations, and taking Examinations Under Oath (EUOs). Experience handling declaratory judgment actions and/or experience litigating in the Supreme Court of the State of New York is a plus. Trial experience is preferred. Strong writing and analytical skills are required, and candidates must be able to submit writing samples.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in NY
- 2-3 years of civil litigation experience, specifically handling the defense of No-Fault matters

Pay
$115,000.00–$120,000.00, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with the ability to work from home for a portion of the workweek. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
