Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality care within the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. The LPN is responsible for tasks, activities, and functions as delegated and may make assignments of duties to others as defined in their state of practice act. The LPN provides monitoring of patients as directed by the Healthcare Services Administrator (HSA), Director of Nursing (DON), Registered Nurse (RN), or Medical Director or other practitioner.
Schedule
- Full-Time, PRN (for PRN, must be available for at least 3-4 weeks for on-site training)
- PRN staff required to work 2 shifts per month.
- Day Shift: 8a-4pm
- Night Shift: 4pm-12am
- Every other Weekend
