Full Time Licensed Esthetician

Job Description

We are seeking an education and results driven, goal oriented, Esthetician with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics! We carry two different facial lines, offer: LED, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, body contouring, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, Luminfusion, nanopen, gua sha and ice globes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Flexibility with training hours

Requirements

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
• Liability insurance
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians

This is a PERFORMANCE BASED ROLE! Candidates are REQUIRED to have liability insurance and able to provide a CONSISTENT schedule with flexibility for ONGOING TRAINING. We are located at White Oak.
