Full-Time Lead Registered Nurse

About the role

Responsible for providing operational oversight of nursing and delivering direct client care, including physical health monitoring and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer injections, support medication management, conduct diagnostic reviews, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate medication coaching and integrate medication into treatment plans.
• Dispense, monitor, and document prescribed medications; assist psychiatrists and arrange lab work as needed.
• Oversee nursing policies, procedures, audits, and liaise with medical professionals.
• Provide field services, shift coverage, and participate in team meetings.
• Supervise nursing staff and contribute to leadership activities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in California.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Experience in mental health/substance abuse preferred.

Skills

• Cultural competency and bilingual skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR software advantageous.

Requirements

• Ability to see, hear, speak, bend, lift heavy items, stand long periods, and work in various environments.
• Flexibility to perform duties with or without accommodations.
• The role may involve driving and field-based services.
