About the role
Oversee Patient Service Centers within an assigned area, coordinating patient flow, staff, inventory, and operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for various tests and ensure proper processing and documentation.
- Address customer service issues promptly and maintain effective communication among team members.
- Monitor productivity reports, compliance, and staffing performance; report deviations as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, billing, and payment collection.
- Travel to additional sites as required and support specimen preparation for testing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred; 3+ years desirable.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency if less experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working under minimal oversight and adaptable to schedule needs.
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and ability to pass color blindness test.
