The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company specializing in clothing and accessories, with a strong online presence and retail partnerships in over 600 stores across the United States. Our brick-and-mortar location in Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas, is looking for a hardworking, personable, and goal-oriented Full-Time Key Holder to join our team. Responsibilities

• Live out our mission: "Our goal is to make people's day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!"
• Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and revenue goals
• Drive sales through personalized service, outfit building, and suggestive selling to maximize average order value and overall revenue
• Monitor product sell-through, maintain strong merchandising standards, and replenish the sales floor as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store that reflects The Normal Brand's standards
• Educate and train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in executing store initiatives, achieving business goals, and maintaining operational excellence
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment through clear and professional communication
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members
• Ensure the store is properly secured by following all opening, closing, and security procedures
• Take ownership of daily store operations and help ensure the team is consistently delivering on The Normal Brand's expectations

Requirements

Schedule

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work 30–35 hours per week, with the ability to work up to 40 hours during peak business periods

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Fashion/apparel industry experience
• Passion for making people happy
• Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS
• Strong integrity
• Excellent fashion sense
• Self-awareness
• Humble, Hungry, and Smart
