Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a smile and make them feel at home.
• Help shoppers find products they'll love and build authentic relationships.
• Stay up to date on new product launches and confidently guide customers to the perfect fit.
• Restock merchandise, replenish inventory, maintain displays, and ensure the store looks its best.
• Work alongside a team to achieve sales goals, keep the store running smoothly, and celebrate wins together.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys staying busy.

Pay

$20/hr

Schedule

Weekend availability based on business needs. Availability during Black Friday and the holiday season.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly stand and walk for 6–8 hour shifts.
• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Bend, reach, kneel, and climb ladders as needed to stock and merchandise products.
