Responsibilities
- Lead store activities, act as Manager on Duty, and model outstanding customer service
- Ensure store tasks are completed per plan, address customer issues, and coach Associates
- Maintain operational procedures, opening/closing routines, and adherence to policies
- Communicate effectively with management and team, providing feedback and recognition
- Train staff, promote safety, and support shrink reduction and loyalty programs
- Support a positive, honest, and compliant store environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
- Effective team player with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
- Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and respond effectively to challenges
