Role Overview

The Key Carrier is an advanced leadership position, primarily performing Coordinator duties with occasional leadership responsibilities, overseeing store operations, customer service, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences
• Ensure operational adherence
• Act as Manager on Duty
• Coach Associates
• Manage store priorities
• Promote safety and loss prevention
• Support store programs

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility, ability to multi-task, and team collaboration skills

Additional Requirements

• Open availability including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of store systems
• The ability to respond effectively to changing situations
