Full-Time Janitorial Day Porter - English Required

About the role

A traveling day porter maintains cleanliness and quality standards across client facilities such as hotels, hospitals, and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect client buildings to uphold Resource Facility Solutions quality standards and contractual scope of work.
• Provide front-facing customer service and resolve issues on-site.
• Ensure buildings are stocked with necessary supplies to complete the scope of work.
• Apply knowledge of cleaning chemicals, bio-hazards, and blood-borne pathogens.
• Travel regularly to each client’s location.

Requirements

• Janitorial experience in hotels, hospitals, clinics, or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of medical cleaning compliance, carpet, and floor care.
• Ability to perform quality-assurance inspections.
• Customer-relations experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Reliable automobile and insurance.
• COVID and flu vaccinations required.
• Ability to pass a background check for access to highly secured areas.
