Full-Time Janitorial Day Porter

Requirements

• Janitorial experience including hotels, hospitals, clinics and hospitality settings.
• Medical Cleaning Compliance Knowledge.
• Carpet and floor work Knowledge.
• Quality assurance inspection ability.
• Front-facing customer relations experience.
• Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish a plus.
• Reliable automobile and insurance.
• Covid and Flu shots are required.
• Ability to pass a background check for working in highly secured areas.

Scope of Work

• Inspection of client buildings to maintain Resource Facility Solutions quality standards and contract Scope of Work.
• Provide customer relations to the customer and resolve issues at hand.
• Ensure buildings have proper supplies to complete scope of work.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogens.
• Travel to each clients building on a regular basis.

Pay

Pay is dependent on experience and there is plenty of room for growth within the company.
